Castilla-La Mancha is already another of the autonomous communities that has launched aid related to the Next Generation EU Funds. In this case, they have launched Program 4 of subsidies to improve energy efficiency in homes. An opportunity to transform our homes , improving their insulation and thus reducing monthly heating and cooling bills , in addition to contributing to the change in the fight against climate change.
Program 4 to help improve energy efficiency in homes
Aid recipients:
Natural persons who are owners, usufructuaries Czech Republic Mobile Number List or tenants of homes, provided that these are the habitual residence of the applicant.
Private legal entities that are owners or usufructuaries of homes.
Administrations and public companies.
Eligible actions:
You will be eligible for aid in those actions started after February 1, 2020 that:
Achieve a reduction in global annual energy demand for heating and cooling of at least 7% or a reduction in non-renewable primary energy consumption of at least 30%.
Actions to modify or replace construction elements of the thermal envelope to achieve the values established in the Technical Building Code. Replacing old windows with new high-performance ones would be one of the eligible actions.
Amount of aid:
The amount of the aid will be 40% of the cost of the subsidized action , with a total maximum limit of €3,000. To qualify for aid, the minimum cost of the action carried out must be equal to or greater than 1,000 euros per home.
