For starters I love the game. But there's something that irritates me to no end that I'm hoping you will change, because it kinda ruins the game for me.
It's the fact that you can't pick up items until they've touched the ground. This is frustrating because it not only takes the fun out of making a risky/skilled jump to grab for an item mid-air, but also because they often fall many many feet below you and are lost/you are forced to jump blindly down to get them. This potentially leads to huge fall damages, jumping into danger, etc.
This issues was a constant one, and because of it I had less fun collecting items and was less willing to continue playing.
