The setup does not work for me

This is What I get every time i click on setup.exe:
Cannot download the application. The application is missing required files.Contact application vendor for assistance. (and when i click details this shows up)

Try this:

Setup.exe must be clicked from your hard disk. I mean:
- you must first uncompress the .rar on your disk
- then you must click on setup.exe from the new created folder
