Hi everyone! (just me as I am the first person to register) I thought that I'd make one of these introduction threads so people can introduce themselves! So I'll go first  My name is Alexander, 23 years old, and I am currently studying computer game development at Stockholms university, sweden. I will get my bachelors degree next year. I found out about this game on indiegames.com and I got super excited once I saw the trailer! I am gonna play the beta as soon as I get home (currently stuck at work) I really love "randomly generated content" games with alot of customization. I spent a lot of time playing Diablo 3, Disgaea, Terraria and Minecraft and such. I hope that this game will fill my desires for these things and also hope to be able to give you some great feedback! |

Hi Alex, Hi All,
Megavolt is my gaming name / BBS handle from way back in the era of the Amiga. I love the indie game scene it reminds me of the vibe with games development around the time of the early Commodore computers. The enthusiasm for originality feels how it used to with these games, and that's what brings me here.
Platformines ticks a lot of my boxes and I hope I can give some valuable feedback as well.
It's really nice to arrive right at the start of open beta too.

Hello,
I'm Bidus, Magiko Gaming's coder (I am also involved in 50% of our game designs).
I'm really excited by Indie games development.
We started Magiko 2 years ago, with "Platformance: Castle Pain".
We have then developed "Bunker Buster", "PLATFORMANCE: Temple Death" and "Who is God ?".
All these games can be played through XBox Live Indie Games and Windows Phone 7.
We decided to create a more ambitious title 10 months ago. And here is "Platformines" !!

Hi,
I am Ludo, the second half of Magiko. I do the graphics, musics and sounds for our games.
I play too much video games... ;D
Some of my all times favorites are: Borderlands, Doom, Quake, Bayonetta, Anarchy Online, Privateer, Projectyle (old unknown stuff but I spent a lot of time on it 25 years ago???), Minecraft, Bastion.

Hi, I'm Frédéric, brother of ludotex. I'm proud to have done some closed beta-testing ! There's no such thing as too much video games...  My favorites : Morrowind, Beyond Good & Evil, Jet Set Radio, Torchlight, Tribes 2, Portal, and many others. I currently play SWTOR and am patiently waiting for Guild Wars 2, Torchlight 2 and of course Platformines releases !!! |

I am an older gamer, lets just say I rember when 64k was all you would ever need. I have been a player,beta tester, and even have a few dev credits here and there over the years.
