FUSE for macOS version 3.8.3
Download and run the Apple Script from the link below. Once you run the Apple Script, you should see a list of Fender FUSE log files. Select the most current log file (by date). Next, gather Event Viewer Log file.

Connect the drive to the computer—unplug it and reconnect it if it’s already connected—and you’ll see it under the “/Volumes” directory. In a Finder window, you can click Go > Go to Folder and type “/Volumes” into the box to access it. It won’t pop up automatically and appear on your desktop like drives normally do.
(this will show you the operating system's kernel version)
Conclusion
Yeah, I also upgraded to macOS 10.14 Mojave and found my VeryCrypt dysfunctional due to FUSE 3.7.1 reFUSEing to work (pun intended).

In this command, /remote/directory/path is the path to the desired folder on the remote server that you have access to. (Alternatively, you can just use a forward slash to mount the root directory.) The /local/mount/point is the full path on your current system to the new mount folder. For example, if you want to mount the entire root file system from the remote computer at a folder called “mount” in your home directory, then you would run a command similar to the following:
LABEL=NAME none ntfs rw,auto,nobrowse
Wreaked havoc with my system for weeks until I checked Activity Monitor and did a search for MDS. By then I'd upgraded as recommended in troubleshooting. Turning it off via the PrefPane likewise failed, and now I'm getting a compatibility error from some component doing who-knows-what. Worst of all is the unprofessional support, hence this caution to others.
Runtime: 3:47
Reboot the Mac, then use following command string to enable write support:
4 GB RAM Not upgradeable
$ pkgutil --pkgs | grep -i fuse $ pkgutil --files ... usr/local/include/osxfuse/fuse/fuse.h usr/local/include/osxfuse/fuse/fuse_common.h usr/local/include/osxfuse/fuse/fuse_common_compat.h usr/local/include/osxfuse/fuse/fuse_compat.h usr/local/include/osxfuse/fuse/fuse_darwin.h usr/local/include/osxfuse/fuse/fuse_lowlevel.h usr/local/include/osxfuse/fuse/fuse_lowlevel_compat.h usr/local/include/osxfuse/fuse/fuse_opt.h usr/local/include/osxfuse/fuse.h usr/local/lib/ usr/local/lib/ usr/local/lib/ usr/local/lib/ usr/local/lib/ usr/local/lib/ ...
Once you have, reboot your Mac normally.
