error flashing open beta 17

Hi,
       I'm using OP3T... And I'm a newbie in development in Android... One of my friend unlocked bootloader and installed paranoid extended version , rooted my phone, installed twrp, changed partition to exfat4 (or something.. I don't know exactly).. Now whenever my phone reboots I get a warning mentioning that "dm-verity enforcing error"...now I just want to go back to original phone... I want to use as it was when I bought?
